Organic Brussel Sprouts

Looking almost like a mini cabbage, brussel sprouts are a healthy and nutritious vegetable. To prepare them, simply wash them, boil them, add a little salt or Braggs Liquid Aminos, and serve them with the rest of your meal. The only drawback to brussel sprouts is that some kids don't seem to like them.

As with most fresh produce, it is recommended to purchase your brussels sprouts organic whenever possible.
