Organic Bell Peppers

Bell peppers are delicious and juicy. My personal favorite is the red one, but all colors are great for preparing in your meals. Bell peppers are great when eaten raw, cooked, or boiled. To prepare them, cut out the stem, slice the pepper from top to bottom, and pull out the small seeds inside.

When purchasing bell peppers, it is much healthier to buy organic. The Environmental Working Group (EWG) lists bell peppers as among the 12 highest in produce to accumulate chemicals and pestisides. Click here to view our rendition of the EWG chart.
